Who are Home Support Services?
Home Support Services (HSS) have been delivering home health care to South Australians since 1989. We have been recognised Australia wide as a leader in the delivery of home health care, and are proudly fully accredited by the Australian Council on Health Care Standards.
Via our Case Coordination Centre based at Parkside in Adelaide, our aim is to deliver the very best health care for our clients, based on their individual needs and working closely with our clients, their family and members of the health care team.
Our services include;
• Community care of veterans
• Hospital Care at home via our Home Nurses program
• Hospital avoidance and supported early discharge from hospital via the Metro Home Link program
• A Carers Service to provide that extra help and support around the home
• Corporate Vaccination Programs
HSS is continually working with key stakeholders in the public and private health care sector to deliver innovative programs that provide an alternative to hospitalisation and achieve the very best health outcomes for our clients.
